PROCESS OF PROPERTY PURCHASE
If you have been selected, we provide a tour of the property at a time agreed with the owner. If you would like to see the property in person, we also undertake airport transfers, hotel accommodation and car rental management. If you place an order, we will arrange the inspection, document it with photos and video recordings, and then send it to you after the inspection.

Note: upon signing the contract, the deposit is usually 6,000-12,000 euros, which amount will be refunded after the purchase. Depending on the payment schedule, 50% of the price of the property is due within 1 month, and the second 50% within 3 months, but this may vary according to the agreement.
